Will the new cafe serve scrapple burgers?
That was a good idea.

It’s insightful what the ad for the sale of Rolling Bones says about the restaurant business. As anyone knows, running a restaurant of any decent size is very hard work, and you’ll spend a lot of hours there and endure more headaches than you can imagine. And the reward is a whopping take-home of $80,000 a year for you the owner. That’s a nice income, to be sure, but weighed against the amount of work and risk it looks a lot less attractive.
