		<description>I would not take as credible any recommendation I saw on a local talk show - especially from a station with a reputation for producing sensationalist, negative stories about some really great restaurants (e.g. the Ming&#039;s debacle).

And seriously - the 11AM - 12PM TV watching demographic? How would good food ever compete with the commercials for Red Lobster and Personal Injury Lawyers?</description>
