The guys over at Refuel Biodiesel are looking for restaurants to donate their used cooking oil to be turned into biodiesel. From their website:

We are reachable daily for service calls, and our locally based management ensures prompt, reliable customer service. Furthermore, we abide by all local and national regulations regarding grease collection, hauling, and processing activities.
