		<description><![CDATA[We reported recently about the closing of Village Pizza in Cabbagetown. It was expected that the owner of Ria&#8217;s Bluebird would take over the space for a new venue.  Sources tell me the deal fell through but that the owner of Carroll Street Cafe (and Apres Diem), Andy Alibaksh, has bought the building.
