will the building last more than 25 years???? How can the Roman’s build stadiums that are still standing and we _have_ to replace ours every 25 years — I think this is BS — (and I also think baseball is phenomenally boring.)

We don’t - Look at Fenway Park, Yankee Stadium, the LA Coliseum, Wrigley Field, Soldier Field, Lambeau Field I could go on
