Obama rally live blogging; Mayor Pam to endorse?

I’m here on the floor of the St. Pete Times Forum awaiting the noon rally and speech by Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama. Doors have been open a little more than 30 minutes and already the first and second levels of the 20,000-seat arena are getting quite full.
We’ll try to keep you up to date on how things are going and the speech itself.
The big rumor in the crowd outside as they waited for the doors to open is that the very politically cautious Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio, a Democrat, would endorse Obama today. A source with the campaign said they expected her on the stage with Obama today but could not confirm an endorsement.
