Great moments in presidential speechifying.
- McClellan spills the beans on Bush.
- Obama confuses two Nazi prison camps, the Right declares him unfit to lead.
- Al-Qaeda calls for WMD attacks on the West.
- Where else? “Max Hardcore” on trial for obscenity in Tampa.
- Look who’s on Facebook now …
- The “Zero Punctuation” guy slows down for an interview.
- “True Romance: 15 Years Later.”
- Slice & Dice: The Macbook Air.

The righties apparently “forgot” the infamous American Legion Convention speech given by then-VP George H.W. Bush, on Sept. 7, 1988. He said it was the anniversary of “Pearl Harbor Day” (correct date: Dec. 7).
After groans from his audience, Bush quickly corrected himself.
Unlike Obama (who also later corrected himself), Bush fought in World War II.

Really, Doobie, if this is the best the Republicans can do, we might as well skip the election and go right to Obama’s inauguration.
