Max Linn is also a criminal. He has been seen drunk in public, harassing a former business making sexual comments to clients that were calling that establishment, and then choking and punching a young man when he was told to leave the establishment! If there is any doubt the report number is 06-74120. Officer Graumann was the officer responding, and after he was told the identity of Max Linn as the offender, nothing was ever done about it!!!
