The Florida Green Building Coalition is organizing its Sixth Annual Florida GreenTrends conference to take place between June 10-12 at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront. The GreenTrends 2009 conference focuses primarily on housing and building green trends that are both cost effective for the individual homeowner and business owners.

Some of the Education sessions that are already set in motion include Green Remodeling, Greening your business, and new trends in water efficiency. There are also myriad keynote speakers, ranging from general contractors to solar energy experts.

The official agenda is still in the works but all of the initial speakers and education sessions look like a fantastic beginning to what will likely be a very informative conference.

To find out more information on this conference please go to the official GreenTrends 2009 Conference information page. Individual registrants can sign up online for the full three conference as an early bird until May 20th for $149 as a member or $179 as a non-member. After May 20th, the price will go up. There are also passes for one day events. This might be convenient once the final agenda is posted for individuals who only want to go to a few sessions in one day.

To book your hotel under the special conference rate please go to the this Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront website.

More information should be available via their website very shortly.
