Atlanta Downhill Challenge at the Starlight Drive In

November 17th, 2008 by Stephanie Byrd in Events

For the third year, Atlantans have gathered at the Starlight to watch as people in homemade soapbox cars compete in a downhill race.  The day included cold messy weather, several crashes, lots of alcohol and live music.  Particular standouts were the homemade hummer racer that won for best design and the crowd moving performance by Here Come the Mummies.
