Rivers Cuomo to release solo album

Weezer frontman makes announcement on his personal MySpace blog.
Rolling Stone learned album is titled Alone: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo and will include demo of “Buddy Holly” as well as a cover of Ice Cube’s “The Bomb,” which we’re totally hearing.
What else does eccentric rock star Cuomo have posted on his MySpace page?
That he’s at a “meditation course, unreachable by phone or email, until Nov 18, and then [he'll] be in Japan for a month.”
