Springsteen banned in the U.S.A.?

41firtjaj5l_aa240_.jpgFox News columnist Roger Friedman reported (scroll down past the Britney Spears nonsense) that Clear Channel is refusing to play any tracks off Bruce Springsteen’s new album Magic, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and sits at No. 12 a month later.

Friedman maintains that its ageism keeping The Boss off the airwaves. But one can’t help but wonder if the San Antonio-based media conglomerate/largest U.S. radio station owner might also be attempting to silence an outspoken lefty. Maybe I’m just being conspiracy minded. Maybe.
