Britney Spears regains hottie status

She still can’t sing. But that’s not why we started lusting after her in the first place. And lust, naughty lust, has been the linchpin of Spears‘ success ever since she Lolita-d it up in that schoolgirl outfit.
Like most hetro men, I’ve had a guilt-causing thing for Spears since Day 1. It went away during her head-shaving-wackiness phase. But, now, good gawd, it has struck again.
Spears brings sexy back — big time — in the video for her new single “Womanizer.” Yeah, those old feeling for her have returned, full force, and it’s scary. After that less than flattering shot of her exposed hoo-ha you’d think I’d be over her. But I’m not. It’s sad. The girl turns me on: kids, craziness, free-roaming crotch and all.
By the way, the song is pretty catchy. Nothing special, but catchy. Like a good commercial jingle.

she needs to be stopped. the song is gawd awful. an unrepentant murder on death row makes more of a positive contribution to society than spears. someone please make her stop. i can’t take it anymore. i thought that when she took the bus to Crazy Town, she’d be gone for good. for the love of pete, christ and all their friends, please make her stop.

no. i don’t want her. never have, never will. she is a manufactured, talentless pop-tart. at best, she should have been a one-hit-wonder, but the oversexed music industry somehow brainwashed a shit-ton of girls into thinking she is some kind of hero or role model. if you have or are going to have children, would you want your little girl following in spears’ footsteps? plus, spears really doesn’t even have a good singing voice, it’s all studio tricks. she doesn’t even sing live (because she can’t). but, if watching someone in a skimpy outfit lip sync while dancing is you’re thing, let me offer a suggestion… head out to your local gay club and catch a drag show. same concept, but much more entertaining; and they’ll probably even do a spears song!

By the way she does do live singing and she is quite talented. You dont know anything. Britney is a legend and is loved by many. Dont hate!!! She is also a great person and if you knew her then you would know that so keep your judgments to yourself..and for the record, she didnt go crazy by herself…she was drugged. So get it straight.

hate to burst your bubble, but she does lip sync. this is live video with the audio track to her stage mic. she might be singing on stage, but they don’t have the mic going through the PA system. why? because she can’t sing, let alone sing and dance at the same time.

and if she went crazy because she was drugged, it was due to any drugs she took on her own. that head shaving incident… seems to me that she was getting rid of the locks so that they couldn’t test her hair in rehab to see what she’d been using for for how long she’d be doing it.
and my question to you is… do you know her personally? do you know her to be a “great person”? she lives a very public life, so i feel i know enough to validate my opinions of her.

i’m not jealous she’s back. it’s not even that spears thinks she has enough talent to warrant another come back; it’s that someone at her record company gave the green light for this.
spears needs to be stopped, the record company folks need to be waterboarded for putting more of this crap out there. for every tart the record companies put money into, much more deserving artists of all genres get passed over because some dumbass A/R rep is trying to make a quick buck. but the days of the big record companies are reaching an end, so this won’t be a problem for too much longer.

for all you spears fan (if yr even still reading this), you should check out this band, the dollyrots. kelly, who sings and plays bass can actually sing live! she’s a much better role model for teen girls than spears and i personally know her to be a “great person”. please, ditch the tart and come back to the rock.
