Breaking up is hard to do
August 29th, 2007 by max linsky in NewsEspecially if you’re 19-year-old Anthony D. Rich, who yesterday was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a year of house arrest for posting a naked picutre of his ex-girlfriend on MySpace. She was 15 when the photo was taken. From the H-T:
Rich posted the photo after he and the girl broke up. He sent an e-mail bulletin to the girl’s friends on MySpace, alerting the group to new photos.
Rich also printed more than 200 fliers of the photo and distributed them at a party on Anna Maria Island, Manatee County sheriff’s detectives said.
Sounds like Tony took it kind of hard. A year under house arrest seems rough, but it’ll certainly teach him not to post nude photos of ex-girlfriends online. Even if it doesn’t, he’ll stop anyway — we’re betting Mr. Rich’s chances of getting a ladyfriend, or an ex, are gonna be pretty slim for a while.
