W941: Grand Cuba/Claw Yeah!

Food editor/staff writer Brian Ries and I went crazy on W941 this week, recording by ourselves, sans editorial oversight. We touched on a wide range of topics: everything from the new exhibition of Cuban art at the Ringling Museum to how you properly prepare stone crab claws. I truly pity the fool who does not listen closely:

    NEW research on the effects of declawing crabs shows the practice may not be sustainable.
