W941: Season of Controversy

We weren’t here when “Unconditional Surrender” shook this town to its very foundation (which is marsh, but you get the idea). Good thing Cooper was. In this week’s issue, Coop argues that Sarasota Season of Sculpture — whether you love it or hate it — engages people more than any other art event on the Suncoast.
First off, you just can’t avoid it. But just as important, SSoS takes some risks and brings pieces that people can’t avoid talking about, either.
