Free pizza at G’s today

July 1st, 2009 by Brian Ries in Food and Drink

G’s Pizza (1156 N. Washington Blvd., 366-7492) is celebrating its second anniversary today (July 1) by handing out free 14-inch cheese pizzas to anyone who brings in a copy of their Creative Loafing ad, from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Normally, I shy away from blatant CL self promotion, but when free pizza is on the table all bets are off.

I’ve never tried G’s pizza– although that will likely change today — so If you give it a nosh let us know how it is in the comment section below.

Brian – I had heard that G’s is run by one of the old Rico’s boys and his fam. Is that correct? If so, their pies should be pretty tasty. Thanks.

I bought Rico’s Pizza in Gulfgate 10 years ago from Rico when he moved to Tallahasee. And yes I opened G’s Pizza 2 LONG years ago, we do it right! Come try to day for FREE, if you cannot find a copy of CL just mention the blog and your are in.
