Vern Buchanan is still facing pressure from a variety of lawsuits, and the cases may linger into the Congressman’s reelection campaign next year. “The lawsuits include allegations that Buchanan’s companies defrauded customers, intentionally falsified paperwork to qualify customers for auto loans, unfairly terminated or pressured employees out of work and misled customers about warranties.”
