This week, Food Editor Brian Ries and I welcome a very special guest into the WSRQ 1220 AM studios: chef, cooking instructor and cookbook author Giuliano Hazan.

In part one, we discuss our upcoming Best of the Suncoast issue (vote in our Readers’ Poll now!) and then chat with Giuliano about how he got his start in the culinary world. In part two, we talk a lot more specifically about how he conceived of and wrote his latest cookbook, Giuliano Hazan’s Thirty Minute Pasta, which hits shelves this week.
