We’re not talking raw raw, but new restaurant Bella Gente does have a way with the simpler ingredients. Sliced prosciutto and speck, mortadello and dried beef, mozzarella made in-house and specialty cheeses that are exclusive to the restaurant come stacked on plates with sides of tasty bread. Think of Bella Gente as an antipasti place and you’ll be sure to have the best of what they have to offer, with a bottle of great wine, before you head off to a restaurant that has to bother with actual cooking. 32 S.
