Despite its humble surrounding, tucked into the bottom floor of a simple condominium complex on Longboat Key, this modern French restaurant serves the best food on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Tampa Bay area included. Martinez — a former Michelin-starred chef from Paris – seemingly strives for perfection in every dish he serves, from the simplest appetizer to the final dessert. The results are astounding, surpassing even our favorite, non-Maison Blanche restaurants in the area.
