Hearts on Faces
For all of you that were at the other countless number of events on Nov. 14, The Equines released their first EP, Hearts on Faces. We had a beer-fueled CD factory at the Finch House in front of a bonfire Friday night, with various friends from the Sarasota music scene coming over to help. The show this past Saturday at Box Social with Villanova Junction, Andy Matchett & the Minks and MeteorEyes was a fantastic blasting of fun and imaginary balloons, for sure. Later, we recruited the Minks and a few other close friends for a fireside Beatles sing-along back at the Finch House. If you’d like to hear our EP, come on over to our site or grab one at one of our upcoming shows.

By the way, a huge thanks is due to Myles Edwin of StageFront Radio. He is responsible for all these awesome show photos, and I’ll never let him forget it.

MeteorEyes surprised me with a mid-song rendition of “Elephant in the Room.”

Greg woos the crowd with his wolf hat and xylophone antics.

And my trademark confused-concentrate face. I’ll have to work on that.

Take care, friends. We’ll see each other soon.
