I was in the restaurant a few weeks back and the air conditioning wasn't working, apparently hadn't been working for weeks. They had a commercial-sized A/C rental in the back of the building pumping in cold air through large tubes. I found it kind of strange, especially when the bartender said it would cost $20,000 to repair the A/C, but they were paying $3,000/week for the A/C rental.
