New uptown restaurant offers healthy options

October 10th, 2008 by Priscilla Tsai in Food

Blynk, an organic cafe-type restaurant, opened Monday at 200 South Tryon Street (next to McCormick & Schmick’s).

The health-conscious store threw their grand opening party Thursday night where they offered samples of their sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, desserts, granola and more. The menu at Blynk features breakfast and lunch options made from organic or all natural ingredients.

Bright lights, popping images and colors on the wall, flat-screen tvs and cute bar chairs make the store and seating area look modern and slick.

Fun, quick and healthy, this restaurant would be perfect for a quick lunch.
