DIY political advertising

Well, now’s your chance to execute your own marketing campaign. Sites like Saysmetv.com and WowofNow.com will let you purchase airtime in the media market you select for as little as less than $100 (prime air time is substantially more, of course). At the ad’s end, your name will flash on the screen as its sponsor. WowofNow is an Obama-oriented site, but Saysmetv you can upload your own ad or choose from an array of candidates or issues. It’s a great way to get the word out about your campaign or your issue, if you’re so inclined.
