Oprah’s online store opens

I was hoping to find some neat items, cool gifts, and nifty inventions at the online store, but the Oprah Store is filled with crap that no one would want unless their name starts with the letter “O.”
Why would anyone want mugs with Oprah’s signature “O” on it? Or a magnet with the Oprah Winfrey show logo on it? How about a pewter “O” ornament for your Christmas tree this year? “O” printed luggage tags anyone? Monogrammed “O” socks? Anyone? Anyone??

I guess if your name is Oliva, Olga, Oliver, or Othello, you might be excited about the store.
You can also buy some fugly clothes (which are only appropriate to wear for running errands), Oprah DVDs and transcripts on the site.
Uh…I think I’ll pass. Thanks.
