Creative Loafing — the chain, not this paper alone — is scheduled to make its case for reorganization before a Tampa judge tomorrow at 2 p.m. Here’s the reorganization plan and an accompanying disclosure statement. Happy reading.
I’m not sure what will shake out, but I don’t expect much that will be immediately noticeable to readers or life-changing for employees. At least, nothing that hasn’t been noted before.
