Even though Ireland’s beer and waterways are all regularly colored, folks still love to dye liquids green on St. Patrick’s Day. Underground Atlanta’s ST. PATRICK’S DAY FESTIVAL is no exception, and it all starts Thursday, with the “greening” of the fountains and continues with freely flowing green beer though Sunday. Live music from the U2 tribute band Desire, traditional Irish dancing and a huge parade on Sat., MARCH 17 are just a few of the highlights.
