My prayers are with the Ms. Caldwell’s family – a very sad case, I agree, the cops did everything that they could – alot of times in a domestic situation – alot of the details are left out – its hard for them to figure out what is going on often it’s too late. I wished that Ms. Caldwell had gotten out of the apartment, she probably thought he wasn’t serious – ladies this is a wake call as well as Steve McNair’s untimely death. Very sad case.

Maybe I am missing something but it sounded like the cops were doing a great job. They came when called they persued a suspect pointed out to them by the victim. The bad guy may have been dropped off by the very car they were chasing. Anyways I think the cops may not have covered every possible base here and tragedy resulted but I do not see fear, malice or incompetence on the part of the police here. If I missed something let me know. I read this article twice looking for somthing to support the title of this article.
