This annual New Year’s Even celebration is billed as “an evening inspired by the famous New Year’s concert in Vienna, with all the splendor, charm, inspiration and beauty of the music of Vienna’s ‘Waltz King,’ Johann Strauss, Jr.” Viennese maestro Gerhard Track conducts the Strauss Symphony of America with special guest soloists Ute Ziemer (soprano) and Joachim Moser (tenor) through the program, which also features waltzing performers from the Vienna International Ballet.
