The Speaker’s ex-wife Susan Richardson sat down with Dale Russell of Fox5 Atlanta to say she believes his Nov. 8 suicide attempt wasn’t about depression, but “power and control.” She then claims the speaker recently threatened her via text message after she rebuffed his attempts to reconcile and that rumors about Richardson’s 2006 affair with a Gold Dome lobbyist were true.
